On Wednesday, January 9, DRAD Executive Director Sue Udry joined Adjoa Aiyetoro of the National Conference of Black Lawyers, and Nadia Khan Guzman of Stop LAPD Spying on KPFK radio to talk about the FBI’s Intelligence Assessment called Black Identity Extremists Likely Motivated to Target Law Enforcement Officers,and organizing efforts to around FBI targeting of Black activists.

It was a lively conversation about the history of FBI profiling and criminalization of Black activism, the FBI’s role in bolstering white supremacy, and how the “Black Identity Extremism” narrative is worming its way into local law enforcement and other government programs.
